Last week, UNITS\u00ae Moving and Portable Storage donated $10,000 to Operation BBQ Relief, an organization providing on-the-ground Hurricane Ian relief by offering hot meals to families and first responders in affected areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Operation BBQ Relief<\/a> aims to bring delicious, hot BBQ meals to communities in need. They have served more than 500,000 meals in their efforts to provide relief from the natural disaster.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re proud to donate to a cause that helps those in need after suffering the destruction of Hurricane Ian. As a member of this community, we want to give back however we can. We\u2019re confident our donation will help Operation BBQ Relief continue to provide help everywhere a hot meal can help.<\/span><\/p>\n

“It is extremely important to us that the brave men and women who get called on during natural disasters know that they have the support of organizations from around the United States,” our CEO Michael McAlhany <\/span>told local news sources.<\/span><\/a> “These individuals put themselves in harm’s way, and by partnering with Operation BBQ Relief, UNITS\u00ae can help provide a warm meal to these remarkable first responders who are working day and night to help those in need. We consider it a privilege to support their efforts.”<\/span><\/p>\n
