Commercial Client Spotlight: Robert of Quality Restoration

At UNITS Moving and Portable Storage, we love our commercial clients and we love recognizing those clients who are outstanding customers at our facilities! Robert Rodriguez, co-owner of Quality Restoration, might be one of the first faces you see if you hire their company to help restore your home from water damage or to help mitigate mold.

Robert says their specialty lies in water damage restoration, “With the kind of work we do, we’re talking about floods, people’s houses flooded out. We need to pack out the houses so we can dry this stuff out. Rip out the wood flooring, rip out the carpet, whatever we have to pack out the house.”

To properly “pack out” everything in a home, all of the items need somewhere to be stored. Robert says portable storage is the best option for him for many reasons, “We would sporadically use PODS and another company. But up until four or five months ago, we weren’t doing a whole lot of pack outs like we are now. So now we are doing a lot more. And your company is even more important to us.”

As Robert mentioned, they had tried other companies, but UNITS Moving and Portable Storage ended up being the right fit for his company, “So far UNITS, over the other portable storage companies, has helped us out in the sense of timing. If something comes up and we need to pack out a house right away, you guys have been the best at accommodating us in a short time, getting that done. That’s much appreciated.”

Robert said that other companies fell short in comparison to UNITS Moving and Portable Storage when it came to accommodating their time-sensitive activities.

“If another company is saying ‘Hey, today’s Tuesday, we can’t pick it up until Thursday,’ they’re not coming until Thursday,” Robert said. “They are not doing everything they can to pick it up and get it out of our customer’s driveway. You guys have been instrumental in being there when we needed you. Even if you don’t have something at the time, you’ll work something out and move something around, so you can help us out. That is important. UNITS has been the best at working with us.”
