Though it may take some time, packing your belongings properly is worth the while. It could take a few hours or days to sort through everything, depending on how many items you have and their size. A one-bedroom apartment can usually be packed in two days, whereas packing a standard two-bedroom home might take anywhere from four to six days total. For larger homes with three bedrooms or more, expect to pack for at least eight days total.
