Martin and staff are a pleasure to work with. The unit I received is virtually new and was expertly placed where I wanted it. I chose UNITS because it is locally owned and operated and because other, larger firms have a high percentage of negative reviews—some of them horror stories. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Update: After 26 months, we retrieved our unit and found it to be EXACTLY as we left it. Nothing shifted in the container and there wasn’t a speck of dust. AMAZING!

When I reached out to them initially by chat, I was surprised to be talking with the Owner because he responded to my questions immediately, and I knew this was the company I wanted. You’ll be happy to find the office is super organized, Nikki is the Administrator and is wonderful! scheduling pick up’s and drop offs was a breeze, no exaggeration, nice and easy with clear communication! I was also happy to work with the crew. They communicated with me by text, letting me know when they were going to arrive, no surprises and no issues, and Daniel was especially nice! My boxes were handled meticulously, and all my things, (lots of glass and other valuables) came out in the same condition as when they were packed. Great service! We rented the 16' unit to move and then used it as storage space for 16 months. Much more convenient than a off-site storage facility and comparable in price. They'll be my go to should I need extra storage in the future.

While scheduling, I didn’t experience long delays like the “other guys”, and pricing was competitive, if not lower due to promotions being offered. Moving forward, UNITS is the better option, period. From the first contact with the company it has been professional and friendly. The driver was great and got my unit dropped in place and ready for me. Then when ready they showed up picked it up and had it delivered while I was working come to the new place it was ready for me.. great service great unit. Better than advertised

I was tasked to find portable storage with little notice . I first checked the nationally known companies and the process for that was tiring as I had to make requests online and wait for a call. I stumbled upon Units and I am so thankful I did. Not only are they local, they immediately answered my call and arranged for me to receive the units next day with the cost being half the amount the other companies quoted. Martin and his team were so fantastic and made everything so seamless-from drop off to pick up. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Best way to go for container moving! I moved a fully loaded 16’ UNITS from NY, and couldn’t be happier! Martin and the team are very communicative and careful. Scheduling delivery was quick and easy, my container arrived exactly when promised. Even better, 100% of the contents arrived undamaged, in perfect condition. This was the most economical and drama-free move I have ever done, and I will definitely use UNITS Las Vegas on our next one!

This is the only review you need to read. Originally we pre-booked and pre-paid with PODS Moving & Storage three weeks in advance of our move. We hired a team of movers, forklifts, and we were re-assured the day before our move that everything was set up perfectly, and they never showed up. In a panic, we found Martin at UNITS on a Saturday at 4:55pm. He delivered the first five of our ten containers the next morning on a Sunday. Do not go with a National Company that is too busy for you. Go with a local company, that delivers on time and for a lot less money that we were quoted by PODS. UNITS Moving and Portable Storage not only saved us from a huge move out fine if we missed our deadline, but has continued to be great to work with as we slowly unpack and return the Units.

After Covid it seems like customer service went out the window. With companies. Martin really gives you the complete, opposite so personable, professional very responsive on top of it. Highly recommend.

We chose UNITS Moving and Portable Storage based on their ability to deliver to our destination. We are so glad we did. They are responsive, professional, and provide a valuable service across the nation. Martin from our local UNITS location was very responsive to our inquiry. Once our UNITS container drop of day was arranged, Nikki called to schedule the drop off. She explained the process in detail. Today our UNITS container was delivered. Dre, the delivery driver, sent a quick message via text that he was on the way and an estimated arrival time. The whole process was fast and efficient, just like in the video. Dre was professional and completed the delivery safely and precisely.

I love working with locally owned businesses. Martin was extremely helpful and responsive for a pod rental I needed for a month while my home was being renovated. They also work with two great charities, toys for tots, and the wounded warrior project which helped me get a discount while also helping a charity. They were on time and placed the pod exactly where I needed. In addition you can’t beat their prices. All you need to do is communicate your drop of and pick up dates and they handle the rest. They can even supply you with any insurance you may need and an actual lock with key. Choose Units for your pod rental and you can’t go wrong.

Units brought a new unit to my home as promised. Very easy to work with. It’s a high quality shipping container and it stored our garage items safely while we renovated the floors and cabinetry. Bonus is their Toys for Tots charitable giving program.

These people were AWESOME....They did what they said they would do...they were reliable and kind and helpful...they went above and beyond. My son had left his magnetic signs in the Unit and they were kind enough to go out of their to retrieve and hold them until I got there. They were excellent from beginning to end....THANK YOU !!!!
